So you're feeling guilty after all the Festive eating, and you vow to change your diet and lose the excess weight so you can still fit into that swim suit.
According to Nielsen's recent study, 32% of 2015 New Year's resolutions made, had lose weight as the no. 1 resolution.
35% of people want to change their diet and eat healthier which is great. 65% want to excerise more and this is where the wheels comes off for most. Sure, the idea of going for a run or cycle or even going to gym sounds fantastic, that's until it comes down to getting off the couch.
Why do you think gyms offer you such amazing deals in January. Don't get me wrong, if you are committed and focussed, then hats off to you. But if you are like most people who are exhausted after a long day at work and trying to juggle a bag full of items on your to do list, this is easier said than done.
So here's the part you've all been waiting for... If you've got little kids, it's by far the best exercise routine you're going have for 2016. Spend half an hour a day running around and interacting with your kids. They will love you for the quality time you spend with them and you get to burn some calories at the same time. Pretty soon your energy levels will go up and you'll want to spend more than half an hour playing with your kids. Hey presto, exercise routine sorted. If you haven't got kids, better get started on making some

.
Happy weight loss.
